Quarry Locations

We use two different quarries for our certification dives. The one you go to will depend on the date you have chosen for your course. Below are the waivers for each of the quarries. Please download the appropriate form, fill it in, and bring it with you to the quarry. Having it filled out beforehand will expedite the check-in process, and help us get diving sooner!
