Cylinder Services

All cylinder service fees are paid up front before the service is rendered. There are no refunds for cylinders that do not pass the service rended. No cylinders that are dated 1990 or older will be serviced as of July 8, 2010.

Valve Service $15 parts (conducted with every hydro)

Regulators

Labor fees are charged at the time of drop off and are due regardless of the warranty status of the item(s). Labor is charged per stage. ALL PARTS ARE ADDITIONAL IF THEY ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. Parts are charged when the regulator is returned to the customer. All service conducted as warranty services MUST have documentation BEFORE any service is preformed. We will not be able to honor warranty claims after the service is provided.

Battery Replacement:

User Replaceable: We have battery kits available for most models. We are happy to install new batteries for you for a fee: $30 cost of battery kit

Factory Replaceable: $75 - $150 depending on the model (4 - 6 week turnaround)
Factory battery replacement in transmitter: $50
